Basically, what we do is tell people who say they have Win3.1, that we do
not support it, but if they know what they are doing, then I will sell
them an account. I cannot afford to waste time on the few Win3.1 users
out there that are too lazy to buy a new machine. And we do offer a 3.1
connect kit on disk, but again, the user must know what they are doing,
and be fully aware of the limitation of outdated OS.
