Mulit-Tech has both Lucent and Rockwell clients. The Lucent ones are
great performers for us here. Look at the following (all Lucent):

MT5634ZBA External 56K Data/Fax
MT5634ZBAV External 56K Data/Fax/Voice
MT5634ZPW Internal PnP Only Data/Fax/Voice (16-Bit Card)
(I'm Using this on NT with no Problems personally)
MT5634ZPX Internal 56K Data/Fax/Voice W/Jumpers
MT5634ZLX PCMCIA Data/Fax
MT5634ZLX/E PCMCIA Data/Fax/Ethernet
