FWIW, my message reporting our 44500+ average connect speed for some
3700+ real-world flex sessions was bounced by isp-ceo@isp-ceo.com.
That list apparently has an automatic "bounce back to sender" policy
rather than a "bounce to human for consideration" policy.

Either that or the isp-ceo reviewer didn't believe my message should
be posted ... but down that path lies paranoia.
