It is not impossible to get 33.6 or PCM connects on FXS loop start.
Line side termination is not preferable but it does work but is also
dependent on the given switch type. Wonder if the Lucent engineer
wants to wager a few free PM3's on it:)

Not exaclty sure what your meaning and trying to do here. Email me
