First of all, "munich" stands for the chipset we are using in
our product. However, it also stands for a really awesome
beer town in Southern Germany.. (Visiting there in June - Can't wait!)
Anyway, back to the question at hand - hehe:

The "munich_write: out of slots!!" error means that we have data to
send out the PRI line for that user, and the chip is telling us its
transmit buffers are full. This is usually caused by either errors
on the line, or some type of flow control problem. If its happening
with certain users only on one of their channels, it may mean they
have a problem on that B-channel. Have them call the telco. Also
check your "show lineX" and make sure every thing is clean!
