They work GREAT to my PM-3 here. I'm running 3.7.2 and have the PM-3
connected
to CT1 lines. These modems are shipped to me with the 1.2 code in them,
and
I've never had to use anything but the driver in the box to get upto 48K
connections. This is the modem I recommend/sell for around here. I've
never
had one NOT work straight out of the box on a phone line that's capable
of
56K speeds.
