(PM) No logon on PM2E-30 Port

Can anyone help me diagnose this? I have a single port on
my PM2E-30 that is acting strange. All ports go to Microcom
ISPorte modems. All ports and modems are setup identically.
On one port the modem answers but no username/password
prompt is ever sent. If I attach to the port while dialed
into that modem, I can send and receive text both
directions.

Any Ideas?
