Not hypothetical at all. The OR-U has a "high water" mark that sets the
point at which the 2nd B channel dials up the location. This can either
be the same or a different number that's dialed by the first B channel.

The high-water mark is documented in the Livingston manuals on their website;
I can't remember ever seeing the 2-number trick in the manual, though - it
was told to me by a Livingston tech.

That's done by defining the telephone number for the location dialed
as 555-1111&555-2222 - joining the 2 numbers with the ampersand does the
trick.
