Thought so....

I was -- but they weren't. I had asked them VERY SPECIFICALLY if the
switch was NI-2 compliant, because if it wasn't I had to change the default
in the equipment. They assured me it was NI-2 compliant. This morning,
I asked them the name, brand, and model of the switch. Turns out it was
an AT&T 5ESS-11 switch, which they claim is NI-2 compliant. I told them
it didn't matter, since my equipment had a specific setting for that brand
of switch.

set Line0 isdn-switch att-5ess
save all
reboot

Success.

Thanks, all!
