It builds a filter on the fly and does `ptrace <filter>', cleaning up
the output slightly. What we're going to do, but haven't yet, ...

well, actually, I just did it. I added another option, `tcpdump
<user>' that will use the PM to get the user's IP address, and then
starts a copy of tcpdump looking at that IP address.

I'll try to bundle up the source and make it available in one form or
another either yet today or tomorrow.
