(PM) PM3s rebooting

Hi All,

We've been having problems with our PM3s rebooting (six of them) every
couple of days. They are all running 3.7.2 w/STAC cards in them. They are
populated with either 4 10-56k modem cards and 1 8-56k modem card or 5
10-56k modem cards. What we see is that the available nbufs run very low
most of the time and right before a reboot we get a lot of "no available
nbufs" error messages (not sure of the exact syntax). The units most
affected are ones serving several dedicated ISDN customers running with
STAC compression. The units that are full most of the time reboot every
couple of days, the others farther down the hunt group and therefore get
less usage reboot much less often.

We did not see this problem on the units until we installed the STAC
cards.

We have opened a trouble ticket and provided this info to Lucent RABU.

I'm on the digest version of the list btw.

-Jim
