Tell them to NOT look at their billing, but to check and VERIFY that
Alternating Voice/Data is allowed on the switch for you.... note there is
an additional charge/tariff for this...

Tell your rep to check with Pamela Meyer/Patti Silva regarding Livingston
equipment...
