1) Can they visit sites via IP address rather than DNS, if so check their
DNS settings
2) When they are online, do they reply to a ping? If not then most likely
their tcp/ip stack is hosed...

And I usually just delete out the icon to dial up to my service and reset
the settings first, as occasionally it seems the registry or something
messes up.....
