We had some digital padding (I don't know what it was). The Telephone
Company guy said we want none. He was sure that would be the best.
Now someone who was getting good Kflex rates now can't connect at all. The
connection rates (on average) didn't seem to change.
I know, I have read "just play with it and test the rates" in this list,
but there has got to be some way to know what is correct and what is not.
I can get them (GTE) to come with a high tech T1 tester, would this help at
all in this exploration?
NOTE: I don't use the word 'user' to describe customers. There is another,
more seemly, business that calls customers 'users'.
