Once upon a time Matthias Meyser shaped the electrons to say...
>Our telco (German TELEKOM) uses NET5 protocol on our E1 Connection.
>We got a block of telephonnumbers assigned (93890 up to 938999).
>For normal dialin we use 938938. At the moment all directory numbers
>are set to "" and everything works fine. All 30 ports answer incoming
>calls to this number.
>
>Now we want to reserve 6 ports for a special service.
>This 6 ports should only answer calls to one called number e.G. 938940
>and of cource all other ports should only answer calls to 938938.

At this time there is no way to tell a PM only to answer calls for
a specific number of a specific port. Such grouping is under control
by the telco. They should be able to designate DS0s on the PRI as
belonging to specific hunt groups - 938940 or 938938 for example - and
not allow them to hunt across the other groups DS0s.

It sounds like the way it is now, all numbers can hunt across all DS0s
in the PRI.
