We are using PM3's, ComOs 3.7.2 with channelized T1's connected to it...
We have a few customers who dial into the PM3's via ISDN modems using "Data
over voice". Sometimes theses customers report random timeouts and a high
packet loss; looking at the port the user is connected to (s23 or whatever)
I notice a high mumber of CRC errors. I also get a 25% or higher packet loss
when I ping the IP address...
Looking at the T1 lines (sho line0 and sho line1) I don't see any errors at all.
Please also note that none of my other customers who connect to the same PM3
with a normal modem have any problems. Also none of our customers uses
static ip addresses only dynamic assigned addresses.
Any Ideas ?
