We have those customers check their Dial-Up Network connection properties
"Server Types" and turn off "ALL" options except TCP/IP. Turn off Logon To
Network - Software Compression - IPX & Netbeui. Only leave on TCP/IP.
They should then see normal 5 - 10 second logins.
