(PM) CRC errors on CT1

What exactly does it mean to have lot of CRC errors on a CT1? No alarms
or other problems. This also happens randomly which is getting very
annoying. Sometimes rebooting the box would clear the problem -
sometimes not.

In general, if it goes into this mode it stays there.
