We are going to need to know a little bit more about your routing to be
very helpful to you. Since you are using routers, I'd assume you have
more then one IP routed to each of you. Are you using subnets or host
routes (multiple /32s, ugly but it has been known to occur)? If so what is
the corresponding RADIUS/user entry for each of you? Do a "show route" on
the PM3 before and during the time that each of you are connected and look
for your routes. Does everything appear there OK? Also, do you both have
your routers configured with the correct (most likely matching) Netmasks?
