(PM) Routing between nodes

I'm connected via a congo voice router to a PM3 where I work, and another
of the sysadmins connects to the same PM3 using a Cisco 766.

He and I can ping anyone connected to the PM3, except for eachother.
We can ping both of our stations from any machine that's not one of ours
i.e. one of the servers, but we can't hit eachother.

Very strange... just wondering if anyone has any ideas.
Neither one of us has any filters set up, no firewalls etc. Just
straight connections. I thought it was odd, and I was afraid at first
that I had routed his connection wrong, but when I called him he said he
was up and could ping any IP I gave him, except for mine.
