Once upon a time Kevin Kadow shaped the electrons to say...
>Does livingston make any equipment that will do SYNC 56 or 64K connections
>except for the OR-U?

The IRX. If you are looking for low speeds like that the IRX-114 has
2 T1/E1 and 2 64K SYNC ports. If you're going to max out the T1 ports
I wouldn't run the 64K ports. But if you're looking for lower speed links
you could easily run all 4.

The next step up is a PM-3 with Channelized T1, which gives you 24 64K
channels to play with.

>There is an Adtran CSU/DSU that will do the sync->async conversion,
>but it appears that it is really meant to carry a 57.6 async data stream
>over a 64K leased line when used in pairs, not to just convert the ISP side

Right. They don't work well with a real sync unit on the other end.
