The K56Flex modems seem to be having the most problems in countries
outside of the USA. This probably has something to do with the USA using
U Law encoding and other countries using A Law encoding.

I personally know of several local ISPs in my area using the PM3 with very
few problems, other than some people simply not getting K56Flex connects.

I haven't seen many North American ISPs complaining since 3.7.2 was
released.

When the K56Flex cards were first released, there were complaints galore
with 3.7 and 3.7.1.
