In case anyone else was wondering what this was, our phone company
apparently doesn't know what it's own switch type is. ;-) The order we
got for the lines said 5ESS Multi-Point, but the type is really NI-1.

Subject: (PM) PM2e(ISDN) debug error.

First, an admission, this is my first PM, so please pardon my ignorance
if this is an obvious question. We have it set up on our network and
routing properly. I have two valid ISDN lines (I have used pc-based
ISDN modems to dial a test line I have and they work fine) When I do a
show s0 I see that DCD is down, but , and are up. When I try to dial
the number assigned to s0 with isdn debug on it comes back with:

isdn_connect: d0 Sending Refuse Call - User Busy
host_proc: dsl 0, DISCONNECT_ACK invalid call ref
host_proc: dsl 0, CALL_CLEAR invalid call ref

I have a user set up, and the maximum connections/etc is high enough.
Anyone have any suggestions on what might be the cause of my problem?
According to the manual it the show s0 indicates that my SPID's are
registered, but they work fine in a standard pc based isdn modem, so
that leads me to believe that I didn't configure something properly on
the PM.
