(PM) PM3 Dial-up Routing.

I have a problem with my PM3 not routing dial-up users all the time. They
have to log off then back on until they get a valid route. The dynamic IP's
are OK. I have seen the same IP address work and not work. I have been
waiting since last Friday for a PM3 tech. to call back?!?
