BAD! 206.76.17.211 with 48 IPs is greater than 206.76.17.255! This will
roll over to 206.76.18.2 or so. The ComOS expects the humans to set the
pool correctly. Unless you are supernetting and want to use the .255 and .0
of the next network, you need to make sure that you start the pool low
enough to fit.

No, .211 with 46 IPs would be .256 aka .18.0. That is STILL going to
rollover. You are too close to the end of the address space for that size
pool. You need to move the starting point down some. You don't want the
endpoint to be higher than .254
