If you live in the U.S., yes. In Europe it's different.

10-20% (yes!) of our customers have a lot of trouble connecting to
our new PM3's. Some common modem brands won't connect at all.

Livingston says they're working on it, but the last ComOS upgrade was
months ago, and we are losing customers over it.

Hmm I didn't mean to be so harsh, the PM3 is a fine product. I just wish
Lucent would get their act together and release new modem code for the
European market, not now, but yesterday.
