to the best of my knowledge... the cisco side should be like this if the
other side is a portmaster...

interface Serial0.4 multipoint
ip address 199.240.134.9 255.255.255.252
frame-relay map ip 199.240.134.10 152 IETF

also, on the portmaster... is the line speed supposed to be 336K?
