Static IP
a. Using pmconsole, connect to pm, setup local user for that pm only.
or
b. Use radius.

Hostname.
a. Setup your local DNS server in the in.addr.arpa section for that IP
or
b. If you don't run local DNS, contact your DNS people, have them fix it.
