"show line0" and "show line1" are rather useless for this. They only
show that the physical link is up.
"show sessions" should show the channels to be "IDLE" rather than
"NO-SERVICE". If the PRI, is configured for dialout, you should be able
to attach to a channel (attach s31), and do a dialout to test it.
