I was wondering if I could get some help someone out there? My problem is
that I have a user that has a Viva CommCenter-56slm, but he can't get a
connection higher than 31.2, thus he needs a flash upgrade and I can't find
anything as far as upgrades are concerned. I have done an extensive search
online to find information about this modem, but the closest I was able to
get was a link to a web site, www.cpinternational.com, which when I emailed
their tech support, said that they only deal with oem venders. The modem
came with his computer which he bought at H.H.Greg, but they have been no
help either. I figured as a last resort, I would try posting to the list
to see what input you guys would be able to give me. Thanks in advance for
any help (I'm desperate!) at all you can offer!!! :)
