(PM) Hayes Init String?

I need to find an init string for a Hayes Optima 336 + Fax for PCMCIA with
EZ. This modem connected fine until we upgraded to the 56K modems and now
it will start to negotiate and then just stops and says computer you are
dialing is not answering. If anyone knows were I can get this init string
or has one for it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,
