(PM) Dedicated Dial-ups on PM3

Is it possible on a PM3 with 2 PRI's to allocate one b-channel as a
dedicated dial-up (in other words, NOT part of the hunt group)?
I get conflicting answers from the telco. I'm moving every thing over
from pm2's to pm3's, and everything is smooth except that one minor
detail.
