Your RADIUS server allocates IP address blocks, ports, and time? Mine
doesn't. _I_ allocate IP address blocks, my PM3s allocate ports, etc.
All the RADIUS server knows is to send information pairs. It doesn't
know what any of them mean. The only thing the RADIUS server knows
about is usernames and passwords.
