(PM) Brooks Fiber

Has anyone had any experiences with Brooks Fiber? They right now are
providing CT1 here and say that they'll have PRI available in about 30
days. They just finished digging up the neighborhood to run fiber a
couple of months after MFS did, and now it looks like they'll be the same
company.

They have some notes about their PRI offering on their site. It states
that they can't offer alternate circuit switch voice and data unless NFAS
is used. Does the PM3 still lack support for NFAS?
