I know what you mean! I've been stuck here forever! They just keep on
sending me mail - all day! all night! And always problems! Problems!
Problems! Why can't they just say something like - "Have a nice day Gary".
Noooooo. It's always "Why can't my customers connect at 56K??", or "How
come you Livingston people don't answer my Cisco questions?", or my
favorite "Hi. I'm an ISP! How do I hook all my stuff up and make the
software work? I need an answer quick, it takes too long to read these
darned manuals!". Hope you find relief soon my brother.
