One is a 33.6 Internet Edition. It will not make a V.34 connection. I
had to force it to do a V.32bis connection in order to get it to connect
at all. The other is a 33.6 Platinum. It connects, but drops every 15-20
minutes. No solution for that one yet.
Both of these modems worked wonderfully before the upgrade. I am
extremely unhappy about this. I have never had so many calls about
disconnects as I have had in the last three days.
I am very close to putting the old modems back in the box. Very very
close.
