I've noticed that long time customers of Livingston are more dissatisfied
than new customers such as myself. Even with the minor problems it still
works better than my former access servers (a name brand I will not mention).
I'm glad to see the old customer base has such high expectations, it gives
me confidence that LE with fix these problems quickly.
I have PM3's running ComOS 3.7 and the old modem cards. There have been a
few customers with issues, but none that we haven't been able to fix. We
are getting no complaints and quite a few compliments. But then again,
we don't have the new modem cards either. Being #1000+ I'm sure I'll
have mine sometime after Christmas when all of the problems have been
resolved (sometimes being second doesn't suck ;-)
