Possible, but not likely, unless you have an open in the cable. On =
some HDSL units, there is the ability to pad the output level. I =
suspect this might be what you're looking at. Ask SNET to verify =
what the transmit level of the remote HDSL is set to.=20

When HDSL units are used to deliver T1's, the T1 signal is rebuilt =
at the remote HDSL unit so most units transmit at 0db.=20

On a side note, this is within spec and there are no errors. You =
may have to just live with it.=20
