Yes, I too think it is good. I've got it going at 256KB/s over ethernet
to one of my downstreams via a Cisco 2514. I'm not having too much
problems with buffer. I suspect the lower the threshold the greater the
buffer requirements. This guy wanted frac-T1 speeds without getting
the telco involved, we made him buy the router, but in the long run
it is alot cheaper.
