*ugh* just had a new user with a pctel chipset, it was a BTC modem...

Unfortunately, we reinstalled win95 then loaded in the 2.16 version of the
driver, from the BTC site... not until tech removed the port did it
install correctly.

This type of modem is beginning to look like more of a headache than
either the MWave or USR boondoogles...

Does anyone know of a manufacturer program where you get one of each to
test and verify and provide a detailed method of installation and use?
