PM3 routing/subnetting

I have a brand new PM3 and I'm having trouble figuring out the routing. (This is my
first Livingston product.) It's got a Channelized T-1, but is also hooked into a
LAN with about 30 workstations. For this POP I have a subnet of 64 addresses. Should
I further subnet it into 2 32-address blocks, one for my dialin customers, and 1 for the
LAN? How would I do that?

Also, in PMConsole, my WAN (frame relay) interface doesn't show up ... did I mislabel it?

(I also have a call into tech support, but I haven't heard back from them yet.)
