This happened to us as well... Livingston's tech rep said he has had
a few cases like this already. Appears to be some kind of backplane
problem according to them. We RMA'd ours back. Funny, these symptoms
are only showing up with the Lucent modems. But putting those modems
in a different chassis works just fine.
