I highly recommend that you call support at Livingston. Tell them you are
setting up your first PM3 and you need installation help. Be sure your PM3
has an IP address that works so that they can telnet to it. If you do it
yourself, even if you manage to get the configuration correct, you'll
probably have telco issues to resolve that are very difficult to debug,
particularly for a new user of the PM3. I would suggest opening a call
with your telco also so that you can get a conference call going with
Livingston, you, and the telco tester at the same time. You will save
yourself a lot of time this way, trust me. :-)
