Disconnects for "dedicated ISDN"

Hi All:

We have a few clients that connect to us via ISDN 128K to a PM3. They are
using Motorola Bitsurfer Pro and
USR I-Modem. We give them dedicated access ie. we set the idle-timeout = 0.
(btw we are using COMOS 3.5c6 and
Livingston radius 1.6). They are using Windows NT 4.0 as well as Windows 95
to connect to us.

They connect fine but they eventually get dropped - sometimes they remain
connected for days other times
they are connected for a few hours. Sometimes they have to artifically
create access to remain alive other times
this does not help.

Has anyone seen this behaviour or is there a better way to offer dedicated
access??? One particular client is
running a Real Audio server.

ANy help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Imran.
