And a library for BSDI/linux would be good too.
I think it'll be good for LE if us 3rd parties can produce software to
support their products. If commercialism is a concern, then place the
libraries/DLLs under GNU. If security (of the protocols used for
in.pmd, pmcommand, etc) is a concern, then heck, a packet sniffer and some
patience will most likely reveal it all.
