Com OS 3.7 and a Pm3 configured as follows for both lines.
---------------------- line0 - T1 Inband DS0 ---------------

Status: UP Framing: D4 Encoding: AMI PCM:
u-law

Signaling: FXS loop start

Receive Level: +2dB to -7.5dB

Here's what happens. If anyone dials into S13, S28, S30 the line
rings thru to the PM3 from the telco. The Pm3 picks up the call and
then immediately disconnects and hence you here a second click. Then
the friendly operator comes on saying,"if you would like to make a
call please hangup." It does not matter what brand, speed etc modem
that calls, it does it when I call voice too and I can hear the
second click hanging up on me like I pissed it off:) This is not a
matter of DUN, ipx/netbuei protocols etc etc. It was so bad last
night I had to have those terminals busied out by US West so the
callers didn't go bananas again. This is happening all the time at
this point and it was fairly frequently on one terminal prior to this
but line1 was recently hooked in so I cannot provide any history on
modems 25-28 and their reliability.
