We've seen this problem with 3.5c6 and earlier. In all cases,
rebooting the portmaster fixed the problems, which seemed like problems
with the teleco until we rebooted. Upping to 3.5.1b20 solved the
problem, and we haven't seen it happen on our test 3.7 box yet.
