I have weird problem here:
I have just installed another PM3 in one of our (very remote) PoP,
and unlike the other one that we have (here) this one does not start
the modem negotiation when called from the analog line.
Modem picks up (there is no call rejection) but the other end remains
silent.
Does anybody have any clue why? Is it the PM, modem cards
(yes we have two and I have tried disabling all the modems on
the first one in order to get the second one to start up but no luck,
same thing: silence), is it something with our TelCo or maybe
something else?
