Down here, I just put every user in the RADIUS users file, and use defaults
for "custom" logins (such as a prefix for static IP users who want to log
in with dynamic IP for some reason, or a prefix for ISDN users who want to
log in from the office, or someplace else).

It means a much larger users file, but it lets me do things that might be a
little tougher otherwise.
