I've been trying to dial in to my PM3 with a BitSurfer pro, using DOV.
I have (apparently) made a successful connection to the PM# at 56000bps
(that's what the PM3 says). However, I get repeated streams of garbage
instead of the normal login prompt. It almost looks like a PPP packet,
but Windows 95 refuses to negotiate. I get nothing from either isdn or
ppp debug settings.
The AT commands I discovered is:
%A98=S (makes a DOV call as far as I can tell)
This is what makes it connect at 56000.
Can anyone provide a working init string for the BitSurfr Pro? And, is
there anything I need to do special on the PM3 side? (special field in
the RADIUS user record, anything?)
We're definitely trunk-side, and we can receive analog calls just fine.
I'm running b20.
